Withdrawal from contract

If you concluded a contract with us at a distance (via the website, email, phone or WhatsApp), as a consumer you can withdraw from it within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason. Details, including cases in which the right of withdrawal ends, are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

You can withdraw using this form, by email to info@domiva.hr, by post to the address in the legal notice or by any other clear statement. We immediately send a confirmation of receipt to your email address.

Koristili smo uslugu generalnog čišćenja i malo je reći da smo prezadovoljni. Od samog dogovora do konačnog ishoda sve je bilo savršeno. Doslovno se ne preskače ništa, fuge su se sjajile kao da su tek postavljene, a onda o ostalim dijelovima kuće ne moram niti govoriti. Definitivno ćemo opet koristiti usluge.
